I was able to buy the lumber, cut and build this in about 3-4 hours. I spent the rest of the weekend staining and wiring in lights. I am very impressed with the results, very easy and simple build. This is my new workbench for my bike shop, now I am ready to replace the old benches in my garage with this system. Super sturdy, just a great product in my opinion.

Staining mine was something that I just desired to do, just to dress it up a bit. Dimensions 32″ x 8ft using sanded 3/4 plywood. Birch used for workbenches top. All other plywood is just sanded plywood from Home Depot. Bought 2 Hopkins workbench sets, and Wall Control metal pegboard system, all from Amazon. Stained with American Chestnut and finished with Polyurethane finish on all plywood. Can’t wait for the next project!
