Modern Three-Storey Villa With A Cheerful And Inviting Ground Floor

In a perfect world, there would be harmony between everything and everyone which can take a multitude of different forms, like this beautiful modern villa for example. This is a perfect example of a structure that has been built specifically with its users in mind in order to create a customized experience for each and every one of them.

The villa was completed in 2020 and is the result of a collaborative effort between studios LPArchitects and Flussocreativo. It occupies a lovely piece of land near Brescia in Italy and it’s the new home of three brothers. Each of the three floors is a separate apartment for each one of them and their families.

The ground floor belongs to the sister who the designers describe as having “an engaging and sunny personality”. This floor was thus designed to match her cheerfulness and style.

The floors throughout this entire floor are in grey stone and together with the white and light blue walls create a neutral and uniform canvas for all the beautiful elements that define each room. In the living room two cozy-looking Ploum sofas create an inviting sitting area with a modern aesthetic. At the same time, the Giostra cast iron bookcase and the Infra-Structure track lights bring an industrial vibe into this part of the apartment.

The dining area and the kitchen are part of an open floor plan which seamlessly connects them with the living room. They too feature stylish light fixtures such as the String Light pendants which have been carefully chosen to complement and balance out the colorful furniture and eye-catching artwork.

The private areas of the apartment are equally impressive and original. Most notably, for the master bathroom, the designers chose the Azulej Grigio Combination tiles to create a playful and at the same time welcoming ambiance.
